Just got off the phone with Fidelity apparently to initiate a short position now in NWBO the annual interest rate expense is 21.25%. I am also going to check with options express shortly. I also confirmed that my shares are not eligible for loaning out to short interests. If you are long, and you do not want your shares loaned out, I suggest that you confirm how your shares are held. If you do not know for certain and your shares are held in a account that has margin available, your shares may be loaned out.
