Telling people how the debt companies work and giving traders the heads up of when to buy and sell and play the penny market game is being a stock promoter lol kids...

Stock promotion exists to sell the converted shares after the penny stock vets make there money off the initial run.. Not letting traders understand to buy before they run it up
