LOL I'm just not stupid no pun intended... It's not illegal to convert shares and sell them into the market

Market manipulation is but not awareness campaigns

There's reasons why the penny stock vets are still in the game because the abide by the SEC

Debt financing is the only reason the OTC exists

It's the promoters that the SEC are after

Most of the Debt companies will pay a fine and settle if they did any wrong doing
