If you check Google and Wiki facts on Alstom, and see the Alstom Facebook pages, you will see that Alstom is world wide with sales and mega marketing infrastructure in existing Train (transportation), power plant (design, construction and maintenance of all power plants, including nuclear) operations world wide, alt-energy power (like wind turbines), design, construction, etc, and thus is fully capable of rapid deployment to existing power plant, cement plant, transportation and other.... customers that already have CO2 problems. In fact Alstom has already spend $$$$ and years working on CCS-CO2 capture system designs and build them for customers that now realize that CCS disposal of captured CO2 is pipe and permit nightmare that will be replaced with CCU technologies like MVTG's ERC, which is why Alstom has funded MVTG R&D.

Also Alstom has been a Ballard partner for 10-20 years now.
