Nice post! I would add that a solid hedge on this bet that leans heavy to the unlikelihood of a R/S is insider ownership of the O/S is currently 23.36%!
Plus pretty low S/S I doubt highly R/S is on the table here, the last and only split history on this ticker was a forward 30 for 1
