Interesting you say that. There definitely is some sort of purpose for this purchase being that it is so small actually in my mine draws more intrigued then if he bought more. The question that always comes to mind is why only 1000 shares? Trust me there is more to this story. There was a study years ago that came out which stated that 10-5b plan trades outperformed the market by at least like 10% or something like that. 10-5b plan trades draw more controversy than others. So the question remains why only 1000 shares? I will try and google that study if I find some time today. The key to this is to try to determine when the plan was adopted.
