Yes, that makes prefect sense, do not roll out anything to the PC market until the mobile market product is ready. Yes of course it make absolutely perfect sense not to start getting revenue from one sector and prove-in the product before addresses another sector. Yes wait until you have it right across the board and then do a massive roll-out requiring massive support!

Oh I forgot to mention that they do not need any cashflow in the meantime to prepare them for the mobile rollout.

Not what a smart investor would do in my opinion, since it makes no absolutely no sense at all.
