IMHO
A) they need a clear concise marketing message about what the company is actually in business for.
B) They need to communicate this and associated strategy to achieve it
C) They need to update the world on their current projects and when revenues might start to be booked
D) they need to update investors on how much of the required $4m has been found, or how they intend to raise it (we are already 5months through the year so some $1.5m minimum has been found ...

then I would hope the sock would move.
