The real joke is on the lucky "winners" of the lawsuit.
SAVI says hey, sue us- no problem- we'll just authorize another couple of billion shares and pay you with those.
Good luck when you try to cash 'em though.
The increase in shares is a brilliant move as that will discourage any further legal actions against the company.
As far as the "dump" goes- at current volume, the extra 2 billion shares will be "dumped" in about 10 years or so.
