All my GTC orders on eTrade have been cancelled. I am also not able to place closing RGBP orders without first contacting eTrade.

I always set my sells at .50, which I consider a fair price for this ticker. But, I tried testing at 1000 shares at bid price, and same message.

Anyone have any ideas as to why?
