SIMMONDS is still delinquent 2 months past the deadline. Why is he waiting to file ASCX financials? What "GEMS" await public scrutiny? What is he hiding from plain sight? Why not file? Isn't he a CA (Chartered Accountant), with decades of public market experience?

This is terribly irresponsible governance of a public company, which is the reason most of these pump and dump schemes revolve around corporations based in Nevada.

NEVADA has the worst record and laws regarding shareholder rights, and it is the primary reason SIMMONDS uses shells based from there.
