AuthenTec Providing Biometric Fingerprint Security for New Fujitsu High-End Executive Notebook PC

AuthenTec today announced that Fujitsu Computer Systems Corporation is embedding fingerprint sensors from AuthenTec into its new LifeBook Q2010 high-end executive notebook PC - expanding its use of biometric security across its line of mobile computers. One of the first PC manufacturers to adopt biometrics, Fujitsu now offers AuthenTec's advanced fingerprint security and convenience on more notebook and tablet PC models than any other manufacturer. In its latest announcement, Fujitsu integrated the EntrePad 2501A swipe sensor from AuthenTec -- the world leader in fingerprint sensor security, innovation, and sales . with a Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 1.2 to provide advanced security for the recently announced LifeBookR Q2010 notebook.
