$Also, $MSPC will have a PR in less than a week.

According to a letter issued to shareholders over a month ago, by this time $MSPC should be closing some financial deals and disclosing them to the public.

I imagine this information was overlooked by most and the PPS reflects that. It'll correct with the news.
