Let me be very specific. DTCC deposits increased by over 500,000 shares yesterday. When a restrictive legend is removed the shares are now technically in the float, but have not been sold into the market from the holders account. The shares that were sold into the market yesterday from a block position were from new free trading shares not yet sold into the market by the holder of the previous restricted shares. Whether the legend was removed yesterday or a month ago we don't know.

So as long as whoever is selling that way keeps doing it...it will be plain as day
