So, what are saying is that the information I received from the transfer agent about outstanding and restricted are wrong? Are you saying more shares were issued, and they were not restricted, or that some restricted came off the restriction?

The OS is 248M+ of which 179M+ of those are restricted. I asked if they could tell me when the 179M restricted were issued (as it takes 1 year to become fully tradeable) they said it would take some time to do that. However when I asked what the restricted was as of 1/1/15 they said it was 15M+.
