It's hard to argue in terms of "truth or lies", regarding Wialan at this juncture. Did the company initially state some ambitious, maybe a little too upbeat for its early stages as a public entity, objectives (forward-looking statements)? Possibly, but that doesn't mean that the company won't, if given time, bring some of the aforementioned as well as other yet-to-be-seen positive developments to fruition.

To your point, perception is key, however and I rather felt Victor kept trying to reign the others in during the c.c. of December 2013. IMHO:)
