I've seen a lot,,, including the going concern through August 15...one note was retired,, it was for $60,000 they also have a couple more smaller ones due,,,, the LOC came in January,, $4 million.. They operate with a Gross Profit margin of 31 percent on the acquisitions. they also state that their accounting practice is estimated numbers...the 35 million is a long stretch... I think they are trying to include the 2 new prospects that we have no idea about yet.....
