There are two Tony Cataldos. One of them writes for Seeking Alpha, and seems unaware that he has a twin.

The twin is the Tony Cataldo who first came to notice as CEO of Miracle Entertainment (MEMI). While there, he pretty much invented the concept of super dilution for penny stocks.

He's a good friend of financier Paul Kessler. Evidently Kessler rents Cataldo the house next door to his own.
