Fortunately, the number of shareholders who still fall for that technique has greatly diminished. I also believe that Mr. Solms is not the fraud and liar that the previous ceo was.

But, there is no doubt, that like his predecessor:
*) he has failed to deliver
*) he has run the company off the dilution of the shareholders.
*) he has diminished shareholder value at an alarming rate.

Being "wrong" has been extremely profitable.
