if you go from 3million OS to 321million OS a 8-K needs filed with the SEC. Final!
one isn't with SFOR
the last 8-K filed with the Wyoming Secretary of State on Feb 13, 2015 with a authorized OS of 3,768,818. last month they filed a 10Q and now have authorized OS 321,725,053. where did they get all of the common stock from?
