The last time SFOR filed a 8-K with the SEC is for the R/S for the 650/1 which gave SFOR authorized OS of 3,768,818 common shares.
Now I look at the 10Q and I'm eye baling a OS of 321,725,053 common shares.
where is the 8-K filed with the SEC allowing SFOR to increase their OS common stock over 317,956,235 of common stock?
this is a bit more than 5 percent allowed by the SEC.
