I fully understand where you are coming from ctb. If I were a first timer to this board and read your post I would be left with the impression that AMEP was only doing Oil Shale and probably would not think about reading any more.

Most new investors peruse these boards to get a general idea and investor sentiment before continuing on with their DD. In most cases that is a shame sometimes because the information can be misleading if they don't go back a couple hundred posts and start from there, let alone visit the company web site and read current and past PR's. In other words too lazy to dig for the truth in which case the boards become their DD source.

Perhaps I am being a little too sensitive with the current situation since I think AMEP has a very productive future ahead of it and also because the stock is in a great position to move forward at this time.

We have many great posters on this board that have provided lots of informative information and we even have share holders who have visited the well sites and give us timely updates...all of which I take as extreamly positive when considering the potential this stock and this company have to offer.

I just thought it would be more prudent to concentrate on what AMEP has to offer at this time than to post about other processes that are less productive and could be misconstrued by newbees as to the direction AMEP is taking at this time.
