The math is false, if your going to look at it in the context that the deal had to follow it to reach its conclusion.

The math is correct as I have said for sometime... the math being the means to the end is false...

No one is going to war... its a fact that this company and its management has been raked over the coals unfairly...how do you think this settlement took place...was it the math or was it the management team that worked with investors to come up with the money to pay it off.

This is what kills me, months of being maligned here, with personal attacks on Seth because he is an officer of the company and not a single "Thank You" for Working on This, instead of worrying about what I said we should be thanking Seth for securing our investment and getting it headed back in the right direction.

After all its his JOB to raise funds so its pretty obvious he got this done... they guy who never puts shareholders first according to the lies told about him and the malicious attacks on his math and his running of this company prior to Stella. If anyone should be going to war it should be Seth Shaw for what he has had to endure here...
