=No one including me ever said the math was wrong.. its the saying that they had to stick to it no matter what that was wrong... it was re-posting the math 20 times when I told them it could all end with one pay out...the math is correct the idea that October had to be the end month was and is now as we see WRONG..

But here is a news flash ... Stocks are bought and sold on possible return on investment, not on a law suite calculation. Every legal settlement is only a revised settlement waiting to happen...its how lawyers make their money.

This deal was paid off so that many of us who have invested and own millions of shares can see a return on investment... I said long ago that this would not go the distance.. yet all I got was how great the math was and how much I pump... sorry but going to do some back slapping here...cuz it was ALWAYS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF CURRENT AND LONG SHAREHOLDERS FOR THIS DEAL TO END EARLY. I SAID THAT A DOZEN TIMES.
