Treaty Energy and Chris Tesarski has not even completed the FIRST step in making things right with the SEC and investors. The first thing that should have been done and many months ago was to put out a 8-K stating that the previous years of quarterly filings and 8-K's cannot be relied upon and will need to be amended/restated... And in a few case with 8-K's... retracted...
Chris as made No attempt to cooperate with the SEC nor make thinks right with investors... Chris Tesarski is a scammer same as the rest of the Treaty gang of cons and guilty of continuing to cover up Treaty's many crimes...
