The deep pockets/smart money don't have flimsy hope 
It's the little guys who bounce around like a chicken with their heads cut off.
Hence the selling for a loss on one stock to go chase another and probably lose on that one as well lol (I know because I've been there)...
People still got this on their radar, once 10-k comes out, it'll allow them to continue moving forward with the updates they were planning on releasing.
That's when we'll have the sustained action, until then, cheapies are available.
