There are still people outside the door clamoring to get their money [certs], but the bank [broker] now can't cover them all with that great big bill [ cert ] that he has left.

There are? We haven't really seen any evidence of that. Frizzy has his little list, but it can't be very long. If a large number of people had actually been unable to obtain certs, there'd have been a great deal more complaining over at the RB CMKI board and on proboards.

And as for Frizzy's list, how many of those people eventually DID get their certs? How many of them failed to pursue the matter when they got a discouraging answer from their brokerage? How many of them didn't follow the proper procedure when requesting their certs? How many gave incorrect or incomplete name and address information?

Remember we're not dealing with rocket scientists here.
