Another point I should have hammered home a little more in the article: “..every stockholder is entitled to have a certificate, signed by officers or agents designated by the corporation for the purpose, certifying the number of shares owned by him in the corporation.”

That Nevada law is about as clear as it gets. Brokers haven't delivered the stock certificates to shareholders in a company registered in Nevada, therefore they are breaking the law, therefore they should be treated as the criminals that they are.

Every shareholder who hasn't received their certificate for CMKX should file a complaint with the Nevada Securities Division, demanding that the offending broker should be charged with violating Nevada law NRS 78.235, and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Quick question for you. Realistically, at what point in time, if we haven't heard about any resolution, either monetarily or dividend / asset distribution, will you decide that other steps need to be taken. This is not to bash, I am just wondering, say if we get to next month this time, or the month after that and we still don't know anything more from the company will you continue to wait. If not, what steps, if any, do you expect you will take? I'm just wondering, it seems to me that a lawsuit, at any point in time, makes no sense. Seems if there is grounds for a suit that the funds to go after would be protected and that any suit would just cost the individual a bunch of cash without any real monetary benefit. Seems like, we just have to wait, no matter how long it takes even if we never get / hear about a resolution. It's been seven months since this journey began, just curious as to how long folks will wait and what methods they might employ when they are done waiting. Thanks for all your insight the past few months and keep your chin up!

Buy-if this month passes and we hear nothing then something stinks somewhere.I am still very hopeful everything will turn out well from conversations with my contacts but I am starting to get angry we are not hearing anything from the company,even an update would be OK.We are past many deadlines,now the count is done.Its time to show the hand,no more pizzing around.

Rap-what I heard on the boards is the CIM ipo might now happen in the Fall which I have been saying for some time.They are still saying cash is on its way.I can wait on CIM,I could handle the cash now though.

RG-My main source knows about the cash but will not comment on where it is or where it came from.She also knows that the value of the claims to be in her words "ASTRONOMICAL.THE SKY IS THE LIMIT".They tripped over something very big on some of the claims.
She knows nothing on all this NSS stuff but feels that the main players own much of the O/S.
I believe her but its all rumor until the company comes out to confirm.Take it or leave it.

ELO...I don't care about CIM right now. It is still speculation that it will ever do anything. I say resolve this NSS issue, disburse Entrourage and "other assets" and lets move on with whatever is happening. To delay cash payment for an IPO is stupid. The longer folks wait, the less likely they will be willing to invest in any IPO.

There are groups with lawsuits lined up...although they shouldn't slow things down, they will be an annoyance.

and what bothers me most is that I know of one other government agency that is starting to take a looksee at this. You certainly know how government agencies don't always work off of the same page, and when politics is concerned, it could get ugly.

What folks don't realize is that all of their posts and those pesky MP3's could come back to haunt them.

Oh well.

I think you are refering to my comments,I will not partake in any future rights issues if I do not hear from the company.
I stand by that.I think I extended the date to the end of June because of the ongoing count.
I have no problem waiting till the Fall for the CIM ipo,what I find objectional is the ongoing silence.

ELO: just want to thank you for all the updates. From experience (oil/gas consultant) and what is happening in the oil/gas industry here in Calgary and Fort McMurray (oil sands),if there are any minerals on those leases in Saskatchewan they are worth a fortune and we should do well.

Elo - First of all, it's good to keep reading your updates. I don't post much anymore, but I still lurk a lot.

You stated that your source was unaware of the NSS issue, but was aware of the cash. That means that she feels we will have cash coming from something other than a settlement. I'm assuming it has something to do with the sale or lease of claims. Is she in a position where she would actually know that dividends will be paid to shareholders for such transactions, or is she just assuming or guessing that shareholders will receive cash from this?

Sorry if this is a "put you on the spot" question and feel free not to answer. I'm just feeling particularly anxious and down today and need something to, hopefully, make my weekend better.

Lana-good to hear from you.I too get so tired of this I want to go away,maybe soon LOL.
She is not involved in the goings on at CMKX,is not a share holder so would not be aware of the NSS situation.
She has very powerful connections but does not get down to the nuts and bolts of what sort of payout is coming.
I have to thread very carefully with her and not go over the line.
