The number of buyers or more precisely, the volume of shares that those buyers want to buy seems to be higher than the numbers of shares that some are selling, but in order not to create an upward momentum, is adjusting to the daily numbers of shares offered for sale, with a little help from the MMs. Which infers that the buyers have set a limit to their buying price and are not in a hurry. Note however that they can easily accumulate shares in the million(s) within a few weeks, with this strategy.
As for the sellers' motives, Tedco has listed them.
Neither the buyers nor the sellers have any statistical relevance as they represent (daily) 0.1% of the total number of shares.
The only statistical reality is that 99.9% of shares are not sold on a given day which means that the totality of shareholders are firmly keeping their shares.
