So we know that the DTCC has cleared their storage vault and all their certs were given back to the individual brokers. Are you saying that they don't have them now ? Did they send out individual certs to their clients now ? Face up .. you don't know - do you ? If as the Listener suggests .. they didn't make delivery to their clients .. then big certs are sitting somewhere .. as we write.
