The minimum $5k per month is simply just the retainer/Agency fee. Imagine will be getting ALOT more money from Cross Click out of this deal for actual production costs, etc. Expect actual costs to Imagine to be between $20K-$50K per month. Yeah that's a big spread but monthly agency fees (the $5K) tend to be between 10%-25% of estimated spend. It all determines on how good of a deal XCLK was able to negotiate.

The company must be expecting solid revenues to fork out that kinda money.
