No, Bmsn is the mother. Bmsn was created to raise funds for regen..other way around. However the phrase pump and dump is a loose term and gets thrown around to much. Any stock can be said to be a pump and dump as any stock on the otc usually trades mainly on hype. Hype not actual news. The ceo owns many Bmsn...he's not going to or want it to die.
