You are correct that it's thinly traded but it doesn't matter. The market maker's control it. Have you ever noticed that if you put in a stop loss within 10 percent of a stock like this (thin, low volume) it will pretty quickly drop to your price, take you out and then go back up? You can keep thinking you have some control but you don't. I trade for a large firm and your thoughts are not reality. Until something big happens, this isn't going too much higher just based off that ASCO presentation despite how great it was. Just hold tight and wait for the inevitable, once something real happens this thing will be in the 30s easy.
