I disagree as well. If Joe is still under contract at this point in time is straight up insider information, because our information would be that his contract is done. Maybe they are negotiating an extension, or Joe is still finalizing some pieces of the contract that may have gone over his time frame. In any case, it will be up to MSI to announce this information though a public news release and not to any individual investor. And if MSI is under SEC's "close watch" list, then MSI must take these matters seriously. At this point we can only assume Joe has fulfilled his contract and wait for MSI to let us know what all has been set up. MSI will do this when they feel the time is right.

I also think many of us assume that we should just be able to call or email Casey any question, and have those questions answered. Well, we can't, and he can't legally answer some of them. Casey can only give us information that has been published publicly. Personally I think he goes too far at times telling us 'news will come soon', but that is for him to determine.
