Anyone know if AMRN could benefit by suing Forbes and Erika kelton for her slanderous article. Maybe they could try to get her disbarred. The thing that really irks me about this is how an attorney no less, a public figure, can just make up lies or distort the truth. Does not Forbes have any liability here? Is Erika's lawfirm potentially culpable, as it is listed in her biography. Obviously, her agenda is to kiss ass of the FDA. I guess in a way, given the timing of the articles release, it seems like its the FDA's way of saying,"Amarin won what!!! Send out the hounds!!!" Except in this case they send out their "pet" attorney Karla, and not an actual hound.
