You might have to wait for the criminal indictments by the DOJ and the securities fraud charges by the SEC that are coming, then there will be plenty of class action lawsuits filed that you can join as a plaintiff.


The lack of press releases for 5 months by UPOT and the resignation of the auditor are signs that the DOJ and SEC have been reaching out to UPOT in preliminary investigations


Is there a law suit happening? or anyway I can get back the money I was robbed of?
