Excellent point however if the news were bad it would be foolish to announce a prenews release ie news is forthcoming, thus they would just announce it without announcing news is forthcoming. However if news is good they would do just as they are doing now imho. One doesn't want to advertise bad news, akin to a double whammy imho.
