Wait...what? Are you comparing an SEC registrant to either a non-registrant or a delinquent registrant? Did someone suggest they were no different???? LOL.

I think in fact the exact opposite is being argued. An SEC registrant is much better than a non-registrant or delinquent registrant...by a mile.
