I think these guys think that IDNG is now Klug's old Redhawk and is worth 388 mil. All they've done that I can see is change Independence Engergy's name to Redhawk Holdings and change it's year-end to June 30.

Now comes the hard part, getting all those assets into the new Redhawk. Boy, is the dilution about to take place.
