It's clearly a group.

stock is crap has barley moved looking at the year chart. Extremely low volume and yes low float.

So why is that good for a group? Buy a bunch of shares make it look like it's finally interested. This makes the stock finally move because it has more than normal volume. Then they sell on everyone else who bought in and move on.

It's like a pump and dump however it's small time. Easier to manipulate because there's not billions of shares to try and influence.
