OS being increased for things like acquisitions have absolutely no effect on the actual FLOAT for a year. So discussing this as some "Major" issue now is odd IMO.

What myself and my investors are most concerned about and were concerned about was if there was any company dilution/selling by any sort of note from 3/31 until today 5/27.

It was requested that the TA get ungagged so that everyone can call the TA daily to find out if there's any selling.. Now that we have confirmed there isn't .. then the discussion should simply end at that. I wouldn't think?

However, since the TA has become ungagged and confirms that the float is the exact same as 3/31.. it seems to have stirred up even more "conversation" which is ok. but again "peculiar"

In the meanwhile, we still have plenty of other more important DD that focuses on Who and what the company actually is and does and what we can expect in the future..
