• The Company listens to shareholders (RARE in OTC)

• The Company is very transparent and not hiding anything (EVEN MORE RARE)

• The company has not been selling any shares. As of 3/31 the Float remains exactly the same as it does today. If the company or any note was diluting/selling (as accused of and implied) then the Float would be increasing on a daily/weekly/monthly basis (EXTREMELY RARE)

• Shareholders can feel free to call daily and get an updated float number
