There is so much more DD involved here with $SMCE and what they doing which would indicate a setup for a buyout by the likes of a company like INgrooves..

Of course this is my opinion and an honest one backed up with some research into Kurt Heidolph, Fontana, INgrooves and what SMCE is telling us in this year's PR's and on their website.

IN other words.. on top of the share structure being very optimal for share holders and confirmation of a Float that has remained exactly the same for months via a non ungagged TA

We often get diverted away from what's most important here and that is: what the company is actually doing!
