Because companies typically buy back on the bid side. If they hit the ask, this would certainly move. As they are buying back, just note that the float is getting smaller and smaller. If they really want this to move big, they should PR the amount of shares bought back, retire them to the treasury to reduce the OS. They should reduce the AS while they are at it. GLTY. Give this a little time. I'm holding. Can't get much lower than this.
