David Tice- Either you failed to oversee even a general inquiry into Interdigital Comm.'s status of existing licensing agreements and current, known negotiations...or your June 18 comments were a scam to break the shareprice.

For example of vital, omitted data--- Interdigital already has an agreement since 1999 with Nokia for 2G TDMA/GSM royalties to be paid on a per unit basis for all handsets and infrastructure...with obligations accumulating since 1-1-02 [that's right, '-02 , not '03]. The deal is only incomplete because rates have not yet been agreed upon and are in negotiation as I write.

Further, per already concluded arbitration with Samsung in 2002, Samsung will pay royalty according to the final terms of the Nokia deal on a Most Favored Licensee clause.

I have followed the stock closely for 3 years and it is full of twists and turns as management corrects past errors like the Motorola patent fiasco. But the info on Nokia and Samsung and 2G versus 3G IPR royalties, etc. is easily available from the SEC 10Q /10Ks and even on the web.

I will direct you to precisely the source of diligent , cut-to-the-quick research if you merely request it... both the good news and the awful problems.

I will continue my reading of Prudent Bear website for its excellence in selecting relevant views. But my first experience with BTN has sapped your credibility. I hope it was only your failure to monitor the product and so you can easily correct it.
