Respectfully, no it's not!!!!

I appreciate your posting, knowledge and insights...but wholly disagree that the fighting is nice to see. You mentioned a delay of 1-2 months in another post. I'd be very happy with that, but IMHO that is a pipedream at this point.

Yes, it's great that HENC can retain a greater ownership share...but this looks ugly right now.
