I agree RJ all you points are valid.

The key here is transparency. He need to provide numbers(ie Financials) as well has get the share structure in check.

I do believe that financials are the key to moving to a higher exchange and higher price. The longer he waits to share this information the more investors will flee this stock when the bid is at .0001.

I have been holding this stock for a while and am giving Dan the chance to prove that he is going for full disclosure.
