If you've read recent info, they could enter into a "business relationship". I think azcowboy may be right.
The CPMK connection is intriguing too though. This is a VERY complex deal and we can only speculate at this point until actual facts emerge, but know this.....it will be big and it will be soon.
The assets are sitting in R, waiting for a home.
