diamond, no doubt IMHO, we are in for LARGE DOLLAR returns. This could happen a few ways so I will just list a couple.

WMIH buys company ABC and uses recently authorized stock to pay for transaction and moves on down the road with other actions/mergers later in time. Now with WMIH owning a profitable business and with Wall Street having put a multiple on WMIH revaluing this equity allows for more acquisitions.

The reconciliation process continues at a later date with returns to escrows later in time and over several years to come.

WMIH purchases assets from WMILT which is the former WaMu Estate that is now owned by investors who hold our beloved Escrow shares. This will be handled with newly issued WMIH authorized stock with immediate returns to the investors who hold our BELOVED Escrow shares. WMIH manages these assets, Wall Street has assigned a multiple to the equity then moves on down the road to do more mergers and other acquisitions.

The final reconciliation process continues at a later date with returns to escrows and continues for several years to come.
