Buying a big name is being a good businessman and a top level strategist, but it certainly doesn't put one's legacy in the category of a visionary leader.

Nadella has shown himself to be a visionary with the way he has completely changed the business model of MSFT and how they do business in his very short time as CEO. IMO he has saved the company.

I realize now is not a good time for him to even consider buying Sphere, and certainly not a good time for Sphere mgt to consider a buyout, as we are way too early in our business cycle to be offered even a token percentage of our true worth. But such a purchase, even if paid at a sum that seems staggeringly foolish by today's numbers and lack of knowledge by the general public of Sphere, would prove to be extremely visionary as the true total value of Sphere and it's amazing lineup of products become apparent in the next 5 year.
